The ReDiLEEP training programme will combine scientific depth with the professional skills needed for collaborative, reproducible, and high-impact response diversity research.

Kickoff meeting

Introduces training and research objectives develops Personal Career Development Plans and establishes cohort links.

State-of-the-art tools for data management and analysis of response diversity

Training school | Month 10 | Lead: SwanU | 1.5 ECTS
Covers project and data management version control Tidyverse machine learning and visualisation.

Writing science well

Online training school | Month 11 | Lead: OIST | 1.0 ECTS
Builds scientific writing habits including abstracts IMRaD collaborative writing open access publishing and ethical AI use.

Planning and conducting quantitative syntheses

Training school | Month 18 | Lead: UOL | 1.5 ECTS
Teaches quantitative synthesis and meta-analysis workflows using response diversity studies.

Hackathon on analysis and visualisation

Training school | Month 22 | Lead: UZH | 1.5 ECTS
Combines teamwork data analysis and visualisation through an intensive scientific hackathon.

Evidence-based environmental policy making

Online training school | Month 24 | Lead: BioAgora | 1.0 ECTS
Uses evidence-based policy training and ReDiLEEP cases to teach science-policy-industry communication.

Networking web-presence and virtual career fair

Online training school | Month 28 | Lead: CSIC | 1.0 ECTS
Develops professional presence CVs networking skills and employer-facing presentation through a virtual career fair.

Collaborative writing retreat

Training school | Month 32 | Lead: OIST | 1.5 ECTS
Supports papers and thesis chapters through structured writing goals peer feedback and accountability partnerships.

Dissemination and outreach of response diversity research

Online training school | Month 34 | Lead: UH | 1.0 ECTS
Trains communication for scientists stakeholders policymakers and the public including policy briefs and media outputs.

Final meeting and Research Showcase

Final meeting | Month 42 | Lead: LiU
Presents research in Brussels and supports meetings with policymakers and stakeholders.
